Receiving my first message from our gracious host, Kelsey, I knew we had booked the perfect VRBO for our family of six! Check in was flawless, and the locally made snacks provided were a thoughtful welcome as we entered the beautiful home. The kitchen had everything we needed including a waffle station and a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of K cups. The pantry was nice to have, too, and kept our groceries and snacks well organized during our stay. The gas grill was easy to use and cooked delicious cheeseburgers. We splashed and stayed cool in the inviting pool during each hot Louisiana day, enjoyed the heated hot tub each evening, then slept very comfortably each night. Each question messaged to Kelsey was answered in minutes and a helpful message was received the day before about checkout procedures. We looked forward to our visit to Baton Rouge for weeks and look forward to returning to Kokomo Oasis again!

Our stay was great! Troy and Khristie were right there to quickly respond by text and helped answer any and every thing we asked. We had 10 (2 men and 8 ladies) in our party in which we did make it work, but having only 2 bathrooms was a little hectic. The condo is decorated nice and they have a storage room on the patio for all of your beach items.

Kelsey was always so responsive to any of my questions during our stay. She immediately reached out to make sure we were all settled after our check in, asking if we needed anything. We were in town for a youth baseball tournament at LSU. The property was very convenient to everything! And it was a great to relax at Kelsey's place to catch a break from the heat. Make sure you get the Boudin eggrolls at Chimes restaurant not but 5 minutes away! Thanks Kelsey!

We had a wonderful stay! Our whole family was comfortable at night. Great location! The pictures and description matched the profile. The house was decorated very cute and my daughter loved the waffle bar. We loved the big front and back yard for our pups (lots of shade). The neighborhood was peaceful so we enjoyed our walks.

Kelsey's place was a great place to stay for 5 adults and 2 children. The location was quiet and safe, and the house had plenty of space for everyone. Every bedroom was comfortable and clean, with plenty of linens for everyone. Beds were really comfortable! Kelsey was very communicative and we loved our stay. It was an easy drive to Town Centre and where we needed to be in BR.

It was a great stay! The house was nice shape. It was a comfortable stay for 2 couples (4 adults). It was great to have a kitchen to make breakfast in and a small backyard for the dog. My dog and I also enjoyed walking the streets in the neighborhood in the mornings. It was a very safe and clean neighborhood to walk in! We stayed there for bowling (in the Cane's River Center), and the house was close to the center, downtown, and everything else fun in Baton Rouge!
