Such a fabulous home - set up is great for 2-3 couples! It was super clean, smelled great and location is the best in BR!! The communications between the management company and host are wonderful! They are responsive and easy to work with!

We had a wonderful stay at the Peacock Cabana! The home was spotless, comfortable, and very spacious, with so many thoughtful touches throughout. Our family especially loved the private hot tub — we spent several evenings out there together. The golf cart made getting to and from the beach a breeze, and we appreciated all the extras like boogie boards, beach toys, and board games. Kelsey also goes above and beyond with the kitchen setup — there’s a full coffee bar, a waffle maker with mix, and plenty of other basics. (Pro tip: read the manual she sends before check-in — we bought coffee, waffles, syrup, creamer, and sweeteners, not knowing they were already provided!) We did experience a brief electrical issue due to an island brownout, but Kelsey was immediately responsive and had someone out to fix it within an hour or two. Things happen, and what matters most is how a host handles it — and she handled it wonderfully. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend

This was a great property of 2 homes for our group of friends ( 8 couples) that traveled to Oxford. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which made the property attractive to our group. The community was located in a quiet & well maintained community not far from the Ole Miss campus. Both homes were well stocked & the furniture was very comfortable. There were plenty of parking spaces available in the community. The property manager was easily available & answered all of our questions. The only hiccup was the original ad had a misquote as the Vegas themed house had 2 lower level bedrooms with queen beds. They originally had advertised both properties as all 9 bedrooms having king beds. The write up was updated.

This was our first time visiting Baton Rouge, LA. The house was perfect for our group of 7 adults. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with super comfortable king size beds and the last room with a queen bed. The home is spacious, nicely decorated, just as in the photos and located in a peaceful neighborhood. There's great restaurant options nearby and if we're ever in Baton Rouge again, we'll definitely book this place again.

Beautiful home close to the beach, the house was spotless clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well as the golf cart. Kelsey was super responsive and all the instructions were clear.
